Located in the heart of Rome, this beautiful hotel is situated in front of the best shops and a short walk to the Vittorio Emmanuel II monument. Housed in an ancient palace, the staff here were excellent and the hotel is very close to the Metro station. The rooms are gorgeous with hand painted walls and antique furnishings, and the bathrooms are spacious and updated. Guests are treated to a delicious breakfast delivered to their rooms each morning.
That the air conditioning was not turned on before arrival, making the rooms a bit hot initially.

We had an incredible experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the historic center. The location couldn't be more perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore all the amazing attractions Rome has to offer. The staff were very polite and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were truly impressed by the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The in-room breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the special diet menus they offered. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this historic city.

The location was unbeatable, right at the beginning of Via Condotti and close to all the shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the armchair in the room was cozy. The staff were kind and attentive, especially when my husband fell ill and they provided a kettle for hot drinks. The mini-bar had plenty of complimentary water, and the bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo and soap. The daily fresh towels and sheets were a nice touch. The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Despite some minor issues, such as loose sideboards and a slight lack of maintenance in the entryway and room, the overall experience was fantastic. The breakfast service was not available as listed, but that didn't detract from the positive aspects of the stay.

Smack in the centre of everything, within walking distance to all the main attractions. Stayed in a historical residence in someone's palace, was like stepping back in time. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities. Convenient location, with metro access in the other direction
